Clayton Giles Ever since I was a kid listening to my dad's vast jazz collection, I've asked myself: What makes jazz "work?" This wondrous and astonishing jazz-Indian fusion music deepens the mystery. Favorite track: Sunset Blues.

Philip Graham Oh yeah.
I've always loved the sound of the santoor, and here its strings glisten beautifully in a jazz ensemble context with classical Indian music overtones.
Consistently exquisite. Favorite track: Bittersweet Five.

Ed Buckley This is an accessible, intriguing, and VERY well done mix of Western jazz and Indian classical sounds. Keyboardist Rossi and Santoor player Vynas share compositional and arrangement duties. From the contemplative Reminiscence to the somewhat Mahavishnu-ish Joy of Wisdom; the more standard jazz sound of Letting Go of You to the Raga sound of Gathering Clouds; this hits on all cylinders. This is a good one- 20 thumbs up. :)

"The major strength of that it is thoroughly accessible . The riffs, melodies, rhythms and hooks grab instant attention...Resonance is world jazz-fusion music you can both meditate and bob your head to."
